Mama Lou Presents Aerials
Since early 2009, Mama Lou has earned a loving home at The Climbing Place. Her aerials classes is a top-notch program and she dedicates much of her time teaching both kids and adults the beautiful art of silks and trapeze. Mixed in with her classes and boot camps is strenuous strength training and endurance workouts that test anyone that wants to increase their strength, balance and core endurance. In the late year of 2009, the aerials class showed off their skills in the first Mama Lou aerials show. It was amazing to see the kids perform awesome feats, the beautiful women on the silks, the men on the high trapeze and special appearances from another student as well as Mama Lou herself.
