Also, we welcome any and all comments made by our customers, but we would like to recommend being constructive in any negative comments to help us improve how we serve. Overall Rating:
Pros: Aaron was amazing. The place is so kid friendly and amazing! Even the patrons are enthusiastic about sharing their love of climbing with the children who enter the gym. Aaron went above the call to help me and my husband with all 5 of our children so that on his birthday my husband could enjoy one of his favorite past times. I had recently had surgery and would not have been able to have this experience without his help!! Kudos! Great place and we will return.
Cons: My only con is the lack of staff on premises. As a military wife and mother, I know that at some point in the next year It will only be me who can continue this new found love with my kids. So hopefully with just an extra heads up to the staff I can get some extra help when ever needed.
Additional Information: Thanks for a fantastic time. Even my 2 year old had a blast!!! A possibility is to have a family time with extra staff for families with multiple children especially those under 14 who can not belay.
Overall Rating:
Pros: Awesome, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Great routes from beginner all the way up. Bouldering, top rope, and lead. Great place to come hang out even if you aren't in the mood to climb.
Cons: Sometimes the place gets overrun with kids but that is rare.

Pros: So many routes to choose from. Anyone can climb and have fun regardless of skill level.
Cons: The only negative thing I can say about the climbing place is that they are so far away from where I live. So if you think of expanding...come to Southern Pines!
